Industrial Imaging Solutions is committed to sharing our more than 20 years of industry knowledge and experience and to training safe, efficient digital material testing technicians. Our curriculum is customizable, providing training programs covering a wide array of digital x-ray technology and best practices.
Conducted at your facility, with an optional qualification test, your team will finish this course with a better understanding of the equipment they will be using, how to efficiently test materials and how to maintain equipment. Comprised of practical knowledge this course focuses on immediate applications, providing engineers and technicians with the capability to improve testing techniques, perform advanced tests and meet the highest testing standards.
This course was designed to not only be in compliance with the regulations set forth by NAS-410 but also covers material recommended by the Federal Working Group on Industrial Digital Radiography (FWG-IDR) as well as the American Society of Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) Level I, II and III certifications. Each course is custom tailored to fit the understanding and needs of your team, as well as the systems with which they will be working, assuring your staff will have an comprehensive understanding of the range of digital imaging modalities, including but not limited to:
- Linear Diode Array (LDA)
- Flat Panel Detectors (DDR, DR)
- Computed Radiography (CR)
- Real Time Radiography (Radioscopic) CCD based imaging
- Computer Tomography (CT)
Experienced ASNT Level III engineers, metallurgists and laboratory technicians lead all courses. With experience in an array of industries including Aerospace, Defense, Dental, Metrology, Petrol Chemical Processing, Munitions, Nuclear Power and Capital Goods manufacturing, our instructors can ensure your staff and system are fully capable of meeting your inspection requirements.
